It is with great pleasure that I recommend Cherri Neal. Mrs. Neal-Kneel worked as Chief Executive Officer of Life Steps FACES, a non-profit organization that served families in recovery as well as adults with developmental disabilities. Mrs. Neal-Kneel worked with Life Steps in various roles including fulfilling the positions of Program Manager, Program Director and CEO. My own experiences as Program Manager of Life Steps Children and Family Services as well as the outstanding feedback I receive from families and partnering agencies gives me great confidence in the academic/teaching potential and professional abilities of Mrs. Neal. During her employment with Life Steps Foundation, Cherri built a solid reputation as a skillful leader in our organization. She has excellent knowledge of providing support to women in recovery and has been particularly effective managing several programs throughout San Luis County.
She has been responsible for all aspects of running a successful non-profit, including writing and implementing program designs, staff supervision and fiscal stewardship. Mrs. Neal is very much a team player and worked successfully in collaboration with her staff, colleagues and partnering agencies.
As a manager, I especially appreciated Cherri’s high degree of professionalism. She has excellent communication skills and I knew that I could depend on her for timely, accurate information. Mrs. Neal’s dedication to her work set a great example for the whole team, and her encouragement and mentoring to newer colleagues showed her great willingness and desire to be of service to people. I can recall many times that she helped our management team and support staff, showing both her impressive teaching skills and altruistic nature.
Cherri’s sensitivity, diligence, energy and proficient teaching skills are all attributes that I very much admire both personally and professionally. I hope that my perspective will be helpful as you evaluate this opportunity to support her.
Sincerely,
Amy S. Clark, B.S.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Cherri Neal-Kneel. Cherri worked as Chief Executive Officer of LSF FACES, a non-profit organization Cherri has shown herself to be very competent at managing the business unit I worked
for. She provided a safe and supportive open door policy to her team. She is kind and thoughtful, working well with her staff and partnering agencies. As the CEO, she was very professional and communicated well with all partners and
with the clients. She presents as educated, literate, intelligent, and displays a high level of integrity at all times in all situations. She is dedicated to her work, sets a great
example for the whole team, expecting excellence from all. She is a multi-tasker who combines encouragement and mentoring with expectation to perform. She knows
how to get a job done and how to teach others to do so as well.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter regarding Cherri Neal-Kneel. I began working with and under the supervision of Ms. Neal in 2005. During this time, she exhibited professionalism, compassion and a work ethic that is unparallel to no other. Her honesty and dedication to both her staff and her clients set her above the rest.
Using her organizational and interpersonal skills, Ms. Neal-Kneel successfully planned and executed various fundraisers to help those in need of services. She is resourceful and tenacious.
Over the past five years, I have grown close to Ms. Neal-Kneel outside of work and can attest to her character. Ms. Neal is a person that you can turn to regardless of the situation and feel confident that not only will she keep a level head; she will provide assistance without judgment. She does not let the stress and pressure of a situation dictate her actions but rather thinks through the entire situation before taking action. She is kind, honest, loyal, dependable and intelligent.
